Thank you for shopping with us at Create Your Beauty Ltd. We want you to be happy and totally satisfied with the goods you have purchased from us, if there’s a problem them please get in contact.


If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or you’ve changed your mind, we’re here to help.
Email us and let us know what you want and we’ll arrange a swap!


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. So, all we ask is that the original packaging is intact and you have the original receipt or proof of purchase.


On Products Supplied:

If it’s shiny and new we’ll refund you!
Once we’ve received your returned item, we’ll examine it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after checking the item. If everything is ok, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit in accordance with your card issuer’s policies.

On services Provided:

Create Your Beauty ‘does not’ offer refunds for services (i.e. treatments) including all courses paid for in advance, whether full payment is made, installments or a deposit. We shall, however, be happy to offer a full credit note (for services not used) to your account for you to use at another time convenient to you, but, within the 6 month expiry date set from original time of purchase.
Please note: all treatment courses and gift vouchers (unless stated) have a 6 month expiry date from time and date of purchase.

Refunds on services are only offered if we (Create Your Beauty Ltd) have to cancel your appointment for any unforeseen circumstances, such as, staff sickness. However, we cannot be held liable for any government forced closures due to, but not limited to, disease, epidemics and/or global pandemics. The 2020 COVID-19 pandemic has caused Create Your Beauty significant financial loss, however, we will of course honour and extend any expired courses and/or gift vouchers affected due to forced closure between March, 23rd 2020 – July, 13th 2020.


As a consumer, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning unwanted items, unless of course we made a mistake…if something is broken, mixed up or just wrong! If that’s the case then return shipping is on us and will be included in your refund.
