FAQs
Where can I purchase a gift voucher?
Vouchers are available to purchase over the phone and in-store at reception for any amount or service. Vouchers are also available to purchase through our website and/or app which we can send as an E-voucher directly to you or the recipients email address. If you require a voucher to be sent by post, a small P&P fee will be added to the total amount.
If you purchase a voucher in store or over the phone you will receive a physical gift card (unless otherwise stated). If you purchase a voucher online through our website or app you will receive a virtual E-voucher which will be sent directly to your chosen email address as soon as the transaction is completed.
Where is my gift voucher?
PHYSICAL GIFT VOUCHERS
For orders placed Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) before 12pm, the order will be dispatched the same day.
For orders placed Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) after 12pm, the order will be dispatched the next working day.
All Gift Vouchers are dispatched via Royal Mail UK 1st class delivery service. We ask that you allow 1-2 working days for your voucher to be delivered. If for any reason you have not received your order after 2 working days, please get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to help.
If you require your gift voucher quickly, we do offer a next day delivery option or alternatively you can opt for one of our instant e-vouchers.
Please note that Postage and Packaging is not included in the gift voucher prices; supplements apply for 1st class, special and overseas deliveries (outside the United Kingdom). To find out more please get in touch.
E-VOUCHERS
If you purchased an e-voucher and cannot see it in your inbox 1) please check your junk and/or spam folder 2) check the email address that you entered when placing your order to ensure it is correct. If you find there was an error with your email address or if you’re still unable to locate it, please get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to help you.
How long do I have to use my gift voucher?
All vouchers (unless stated otherwise) have a 12 month expiry from date of purchase. Once a voucher has expired they will no longer be valid or accepted in store. Expiry dates on promotional vouchers may differ, please check before using if you are unsure. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable or transferable.
How do I book an appointment?
ONLINE & BOOKING APP VOUCHERS

Unfortunately at this time, our booking platform does not support or recognise any serial/coupon codes linked to vouchers that were purchased in store so you will not be able to book online using one of these vouchers and will need to contact us directly.

When contacting us to make your booking please ensure you have the following information ready:
1. Voucher code
2. Contact Details – including name, email address and phone number.
If you are unable to provide us with your voucher code, we may not be able to proceed with your booking and may request additional information such as the order number and name of the person who purchased your voucher. If you unsure what type of voucher you have please give us a call or email us and a member of our team will be happy to help you.
Terms and Conditions
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable or transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with special offers or seasonal promotions. All vouchers must be used within the specified time frame. Any vouchers that have past their expiry date will not be accepted and an alternative payment method will be required. Please be aware that we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy.
