(3) Membership benefits cannot be transferred or shared with another person (treatments and benefits can only be used by the person signed up to the membership). (4a) Unused treatments may be carried over to the next month if you are away or unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances such as a family bereavement but repeated occurrences of missed appointments will result in the loss of treatment. (4b) If you are planning to travel and require your treatments to be extended to the following month please ensure you notify a member of our team so they can update your account subscription. If we are not notified at-least 4 weeks prior to the month of travel, your treatments may not quality for extension. (5) A monthly automatic payment powered by GoCardless will be taken from your account at the beginning of each month until cancelled via email request at which point all benefits will end with immediate effect. (6) Should your direct debit be cancelled prior to the minimum join period (six-months) you will be liable for the remaining months unpaid.
