Individual preference varies, so for most it depends on your pain, physical needs, emotional needs, and of course, budget. For those who use massage as preventative care or to manage daily stress, one massage a month is common. Weekly sessions may be desirable if you are receiving massage for injury relief or to relieve chronic tightness that is interfering with your daily life. There are many people who incorporate massage therapy at least twice a month for optimal therapeutic relief but it is important to remember that we are all different and may require massages more or less frequently than others, please speak with our experts who will help devise a personalised treatment plan for you. 

Your session will include your chosen massage, time for you to dress and undress and time to communicate with the therapist to make your massage truly personalised.

Our memberships work just like your monthly phone bill or gym membership. A monthly automatic payment powered by GoCardless will come out of your account, and then each month you can come in for any treatments on your membership plan and enjoy a wide range of benefits and discounts.

No joining fees. All members will receive 1 session a month from their membership plan. 6-month minimum join period required. After 6-months, memberships will continue until cancelled via email request. To receive your birthday treatment you must contact us to inform us that it is your birthday and you will then be able to book in anytime during the month of your birthday. You may book in a treatment with a higher value but you will be required to pay the difference on the day. 7;one free loyalty treatment after 6 consecutive months redeemable against any of our services worth up to the value of £50. You may book in a treatment with a higher value but you will be required to pay the difference on the day. 8; one complimentary gift set after 12 consecutive months. Membership benefits cannot be transferred or shared with another person (treatments and benefits can only be used by the person signed up to the membership). Unused treatments may be carried over to the next month if you are away or unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances such as ill health but repeated occurrences of missed appointments will result in the loss of treatment. A monthly automatic payment powered by GoCardless will be taken from your account at the beginning of each month until cancelled via email request at which point all benefits will end with immediate effect. Should your direct debit be cancelled prior to the minimum join period, you will be liable for the remaining months unpaid. Availability for booking is not prioritised for members on any of our plans, we therefore recommend booking in advance to ensure we are able to accommodate your booking.
